Henley Lions presented our annual music award to Lauren Leach-Scrivens at Gillotts School at their final assembly. Lauren was nominated by her teachers who wrote; “For the last three years, Lauren has been dedicated to the choir, she has participated in almost every event and performance and has been a great asset to the group in this time. We did not have a Year 11 class this year but Lauren definitely ‘stepped up’ in the choir to be a positive and mature role model often helping Mrs David with sectional rehearsals. Lauren has been a pleasure to have had as part of the group and we will miss her.” The award was presented by Lion President David Skinner and Lion Chris Free.
